HOLIDAY PROGRAMS
We will accept application for our 2024 holiday assistance program on the following dates/times:
December 6, 7, 13, 14 — Hours: 8 am - 2 pm (no lineups prior to 7:30 am)
Dates/hours contingent on program capacity. We will stop taking registrations when capacity is reached. Please arrive early.

DUE TO LIMITED SPACE, WHEN ON THE HELP CAMPUS PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN.
YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED IF YOU BRING CHILDREN WITH YOU.
You must apply in person on one of the days indicated. We do not have an online application. After you qualify and register, you will receive a voucher to return on the following assigned days:
Toy & Gift Card Distribution:
Wednesday, December 18 or Thursday, December 19
IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:
For 2024 Holiday Toy assistance, Children may receive toys, bikes and age-specific children may receive gift cards. Bikes 18 inch and larger are one per household.
All assistance received is contingent on donations received in community donation drives.
We do not have food assistance for those who sign up in December.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT LATE APPLICATIONS.
You must bring the following items with you to complete your registration. Photocopies and images on a mobile phone are acceptable.
Government-issued ID for head of household / parents /guardians. Expired (after Nov 2023) IDs are acceptable.
Social Security card or ITIN card for all participating children and head of household / parents / guardians.
Birth certificates for all children and youth program participants. Crib card acceptable up to age 1.· Proof of Guardianship (court documents) if providing care for someone else’s child / children or if your child / children are adopted.
For High School students ages 16 & up – Proof of high school enrollment.
Proof of Southern Nevada residency – Current rent receipt, copy of current lease or mortgage, current utility bill or 2 recent pieces of mail (government / utility only).
AND
Earnings, Assistance, and Other Money: For each person in the household who receives earnings, benefits, compensation, public assistance or income of any kind, bring award letters or verification / documentation for any of the following:
2 months paycheck stubs
TANF Award Letter
Social Security
Child Support
Medicare/Medicaid
Retirement/Pension
Workers Comp
Section 8 Benefits
Unemployment/PUA
SNAP
Any Other Income
You qualify for our program if your household income is at or below these levels. We use 200% of the 2024 Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines. https://aspe.hhs.gov/topics/poverty-economic-mobility/poverty-guidelines
