ADULT HOUSING PROGRAMS

HELP of Southern Nevada is made up of five housing programs that provide housing and intensive case management to formally homeless and chronically homeless individuals and families who have a documented disability. All five programs focus on providing supportive services to clients to overcome barriers, stabilize their mental health and/or substance abuse so they can become self-sufficient and be self-reliant. The programs provide intensive case management and scattered site housing using the housing first, harm reduction model.

If you are homeless and in need of assistance please click the questionnaire below.

BY ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS ON THE QUESTIONANAIRE DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU OR PUT YOU INTO HOUSING. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH TO BEGIN THE PROCESS. HOUSING IS NOT IMMEDIATE.
